Recombinant protein corresponding to aa36-133 from human MHC class II regulatory factor RFX1 protein.
Regulatory factor essential for MHC class II genes expression. Binds to the X boxes of MHC class II genes. Also binds to an inverted repeat (ENH1) required for hepatitis B virus genes expression and to the most upstream element (alpha) of the RPL30 promoter. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
