Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-90 from human E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase TRAF7 protein.
E3 ubiquitin ligase capable of auto-ubiquitination, following phosphorylation by MAP3K3. Potentiates MEKK3-mediated activation of the NF-kappa-B, JUN/AP1 and DDIT3 transcriptional regulators. Induces apoptosis when overexpressed. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:500 Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
