Product Description

Staphylococcal enterotoxins cause the intoxication staphylococcal food poisoning syndrome. The illness is characterized by high fever, hypotension, diarrhea, shock, and in some cases death. Recombinant protein corresponding to Staphylococcus aureus Enterotoxin type A, fused to 10X His-Tag at N-terminal and Myc-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in Baculovirus. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
