Product Description

Substrate recognition component of a SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. Probably recognizes and binds to phosphorylated target proteins during skeletal muscle atrophy. Recognizes TERF1. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-355 from mouse F-box only protein 32, fused to 10X His-Tag at N-terminal and Myc-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in E.coli.
