Cytokine that stimulates the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells from various lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils and erythrocytes. Molecular Weight: ~14.4kD Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined in a cell proliferation assay using TF?1 human erythroleukemic cells is less than 0.6ng/ml.
