For characterization of different stages of infection and very useful for the analysis of the AAV assembly process. ADK9 specifically reacts with intact adeno-associated virus particles, empty and full capsids. Recognizes a conformational epitope of assembled capsids. Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Immunocytochemistry and Dot Blot. Not recommended for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Dot Blot: 1:20-1:100 (non-denaturing conditions) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only.
