F2928-1 is a decalin antibiotic produced by Cladobotryum sp. F2928-1 and isolated by Kanai and collaborators in Japan and published in 2005. F2928-1 is a tetradehydrodecalin trienoic acid polyketide related to the cladobotric acids which are also isolated from the genus Cladbotryum. F2928-1 is a potent antifungal with activity against Aspergillus fumigatus and Candida auris, with MIC 2ug/mL. Source: Cladobotryum sp.
