Source: Recombinant corresponding to full length human rAck1 with N-terminal GTS tag expressed in Sf9 insect cell systems (NM_005781). Specific Activity: 88pmol/min/mg Assay conditions: Add 50ul reaction mix (ACK1 diluted in 1x kinase buffer supplemented with 0.2mM ATP) to wells coated with substrate. Incubate for 1hour. Add Europeum-labeled anti p-Tyr antibody and incubate for 1hour. Time resolved fluorescence measured at RT at lambda-exc=33040nm and lambda-em=62010nm. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
