Multifunctional enzyme which has both triacylglycerol lipase and acylglycerol O-acyltransferase activities. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:128,000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 4-6ug/ml Western Blot: 0.05-0.2ug/ml, observed in mouse heart lysates on ~45kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
