They typically contain 7 transmembrane domains. A 20 amino acid peptide sequence mapping at the C-terminus of the mouse B3AR. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA or Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: Coat ELISA plates at 1ug/ml Use 5-10ug per 1ul of A0906-92B serum or 1ug of A0906-92A affinity purified. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C.
