Reconstitute with sterile dH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Purified by delipidation, salt fractionation, selective precipitation. IEP Assay shows a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein and anti-bovine serum.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml PEG-8000, 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
