Sensitivity: <0.4ng/ml The analytical sensitivity of this assay is <0.4ng/ml of Human APP. This was determined by adding two standard deviations to the mean O.D. obtained when the zero standard was assayed 30 times. Specificity: The Human APP BioAssay(TM) ELISA kit is specific for measurement of total APP protein. The following proteins were tested at 100ng/ml and found to have no crossreactivity: Tau, a-synuclein, b-synuclein, Ab1-40 and Ab1-42.
