Recombinant protein corresponding to Gln18-Ser740 of human Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 2 ectodomain, expressed in NS0 cells
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Flow cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml using human, mouse and rat kidney tissue Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/10e6 cells using HEK293 human cell line transfected with human ACE2 and eGFP Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 3-15ug/ml using fixed, frozen sectiond of rat lung, immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney, hamster lung, rat lung and rat kidney Immunoprecipitation: 25ug/ml using conditioned cell culture medium spiked with recombinant human Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 2. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
