Annexin A6 belongs to a family of calcium-dependent membrane and phospholipid binding proteins. Although their functions are still not clearly defined, several members of the annexin family have been implicated in membrane-related events along exocytotic and endocytotic pathways. Annexin6 has been implicated in mediating the endosome aggregation and vesicle fusion in secreting epithelia during exocytosis. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-673 from human Annexin A6, fused to His-Tag, expressed in E. coli. Accession: NP_001146 Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
