Test Principle United States Biologicals Bromodeoxyuridine Cell Proliferation Kit, BioAssay(TM) (BrdU), mouse monoclonal antibody is used to detect the BrdU in a sample. After addition of IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse secondary antibody, substrate and stop solution, the amount of BrdU is determined. The higher the OD, the higher the BrdU concentration in the sample. Kit Components: B2851-20A BrdU Solution, 500X, 1x15ul *B2851-20B Fixiative Solution, 1x40ml Ready to use B2851-20C Detection Antibody, 200X. 1x120ul B2851-20D Antibody Diluent, 1x25ml Ready to use B2851-20E IgG (HRP), 2000X Goat anti-Mouse, 1x15ul B2851-20F HRP Diluent, 1x25ml Ready to use B2851-20G TMB Substrate, 1x25ml Ready to use B2851-20H Wash Buffer, 50X 1x90ml Tris with surfactant. Ready to use B2851-20J Stop Solution, 1x25ml 2.5N sulfuric acid solution. Ready to use Storage and Stability: Store all components at 4C. Stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. * Remove the B2851-20B Fixiative Solution and place at RT for at least 4 hours prior to use. Precipitates that may occur during cold storage should go back into solution.
