Cultivation of fastidious bacteria including Brucella sp. Description: Brucella Broth is a prepared medium for the cultivation of Brucella sp. from clinical and dairy products. With the addition of blood and menadione, Brucella Broth can be used to cultivate anaerobic bacteria. Cultivation of Brucella sp. requires CO2 enriched Storage: Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4C and used within a short period of time.
