CA72-4 Cancer Antigen is a gastro-intestinal cancer marker. Epitopes specific for CA72-4 are located between 500-1000kD by gel filtration. SDS-PAGE results will be very busy due to the large amount of carbohydrates present. This is typical for cancer antigens. Applications: Suitable for antigenic applications in immunological protocols, calibrators and controls. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
