Recombinant protein corresponding to Arg18-Ile339 from human Cathepsin B expressed in NSO cells.
Cathepsin B is a cysteine protease that is known to process a number of proteins. It is up-regulated or redistributed in human and animal tumors. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Sandwich ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml when used as a detection reagent Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
