VLA-4 integrin heterodimer (Mr150kD) is expressed by Whitlock-White cultures of lymphoid cells and Dexter cultures of mouse myeloid cells. The antigen is absent from or expressed at a very low level on stromal cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Cell Adhesion Studies and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
