Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot and in attachment inhibition assays using fibroblasts, endothelial cells, platelets and T & B lymphocytes on fibronectin. Not reactive with the denatured alpha 5 subunit. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunoblot: A dot blot is suggested as an alternative to western blot. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
