CD49f is expressed by platelets, weakly by monocytes and by a subset of lymphocytes. CD49f is also widely expressed on epithelial tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50-1:100 Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Positive Control Tissue (IHC): Tonsil Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Recommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab)2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG:HRP, F(ab)2 rabbit anti mouse IgG:RPE conjugate, F(ab)2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG:FITC Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
