CD49f is expressed by platelets, weakly by monocytes and by a subset of lymphocytes. CD49f is also widely expressed on epithelial tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: frozen Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Positive Control Tissue (IHC): Tonsil Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Recommended Secondary Reagents: F(ab)2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG:HRP, F(ab)2 rabbit anti mouse IgG:RPE conjugate, F(ab)2 rabbit anti-mouse IgG:FITC Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
