CD50 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, containing five immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains, and is a ligand for LFA-1. CD50 is expressed by a wide range of leukocytes. It plays a role in leukocyte adhesion and also acts as a signaling and costimulatory molecule on T lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Use 20ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
