Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized Balb/c mice were fused with the cells of the mouse X63-Ag8 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Applications: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100, use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (frozen) Immunoprecipitation Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
