Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for paraffin sections in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 2ug/ml using acetone-fixed cryostat sections or cell smears. Flow Cytometry: 1:20 as determined on RPMI8866 cells. Can be used in a 2-step procedure using the biotin-streptavidin system. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
