The CD62P cell surface antigen, a 140kD glycoprotein also known as P-selectin. CD62P is expressed by activated platelets and endothelial cells, and plays an important role in adhesive processes between leukocytes and endothelial cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:5, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
