Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized mouse were fused with cells of the mouse NS-1 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C before and after reconstitution. DO NOT FREEZE! Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at 4C after receipt. Reconstitute lyophilized powder with sterile ddH2O prior to use and store remainder as an undiluted liquid. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
