Recombinant protein corresponding to Gly27-Asn343 from human CD155, expressed in NSO cells.
CD155, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that binds poliovirus as well as vitronectin, Nectin-3, and DNAM-1. It exists as several isoforms with shortened C-terminal tails, including a soluble form that lacks the transmembrane segment. CD155 is expressed in a variety of normal tissues and is up-regulated in tumor cells of epithelial and neuronal origin. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
