E. coli-derived recombinant human CCK4 (aa 31-199).
CCK4 (colon carcinoma kinase 4, also known as PTK7) is a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) involved in colon carcinoma development and/or proliferation. Similar to the RTK HER3, CCK4 contains a catalytically inactive tyrosine kinase domain, suggesting a potential tumor-characteristic role as a signal amplifier or modulator for an as yet unidentified kinase-competent partner. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-28C: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab DkxGt I1904-28G: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab DkxGt Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.02% sodium azide. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
