Reacts with anti-collagen type I. Reaction with anti-collagen II, III, IV, V or VI is negligible (< 1% crossreactivity detected by ELISA). Applications :Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. Undiluted aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at 4C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
