Mouse Connexin 26 is A 226 aa gap junction protein with a predicted MW. Of ~26kD. It is prominently expressed in liver (see reviews in refs. 1). A 19 amino acid peptide sequence near the C-terminal, 2nd cytoplasmic domain of the mouse Cx26. Applications: ELISA: 50-100ng/ml for affinity pure Antibody blocking.
