Recombinant protein correponding to Val24-His300 from human DcR3, expressed in NS0 cells
Decoy Receptor 3 (DcR3) is a TNFR superfamily member (TNFRSF6B) that lacks a transmembrane domain. It is a secreted molecule that exerts a regulatory function by competing with other TNF receptor superfamily members for binding to Fas Ligand, GITR Ligand, LIGHT and TL1A. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
