Synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-Terminus of the amino acid sequence CDHHQASNSSRLHT.
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Peptide ELISA: 1:64,000. Western Blot: 1ug/ml. A 38kD band observed in Human Spleen and Bone Marrow lysates after antibody staining. Detected by chemiluminescence. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
