Human member 25. TL1A is a ligand which can induce apoptosis through a cytoplasmic death domain similar to the CD178-CD95 (FasL-Fas) interaction. Alternatively, engagement of DR3 on T cells can synergize with other activating signals to enhance IFNg production. Molecular Structure: A soluble dimeric fusion protein consisting of the extracellular (150aa) domain of human DR3 fused to murine IgG2a Fc (233aa). Predicted non glycosylated monomeric molecular weight is 42.9kD. N-teminal sequence: (27) GTRSP Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: Binds to recombinant TL1A. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
