Product Description

Source: Recombinant corresponding to full length human DYRK2 with N-terminal his tag expressed in Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system (NM_003583). Specific Activity: 111pmoles/min/ug. Enzyme reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 50mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 10mM magnesium chloride, 1mM EGTA, 200uM ATP, 0.01% Brij-35, 2uM substrate (SER/THR 9) at RT for 1hour. Applications: Suitable for use in he study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12months at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
