ERH, also known as enhancer of rudimentary homolog, is a ubiquitously expressed transcriptional coregulator that is highly conserved among eukaryotes. It may play a role in cell cycle regulation and pyrimidine biosynthesis. It has two casein kinase II phosphorylation sites that are thought to disrupt the ability of ERH to dimerize. Source: Recombinant corresponding to human ERH, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~14.6kD Sequences of Amino Acids: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MGSMSHTILL VQPTKRPEGR TYADYESVNE CMEGVCKMYE EHLKRMNPNS PSITYDISQL FDFIDDLADL SCLVYRADTQ TYQPYNKDWI KEKIYVLLRR QAQQAGK Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
