Exodus-2 is a CC chemokine that can signal through the CCR7 receptor. It is expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells, the spleen and appendix. Exodus-2 chemoattracts T and B lymphocytes and inhibits hematopoiesis. Exodus-2 contains six cysteine residues, including the four conserved cysteines present in CC chemokines. Recombinant protein corresponding to 110aa from mouse Exodus 2 expressed in E. coli Molecular Weight: ~12kD Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract human activated T cells cultured in the presence of IL-2 using a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml.
