FITC labeled bovine fibrinogen. Prepared from fresh bovine plasma. Plasminogen has been depleted by lysine affinity chromatography. Thaw vial at 37C without shaking. Mix gently before using. Source: Fibrinogen, from fresh bovine plasma. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
