The labeled version of Finasteride. An inhibitor of 5a-reductase, the enzyme which converts testosterone to the more potent androgen, 5a-dihydrotestosterone. Melting Point: 252-254C Solubility: Chloroform, DMSO, Methanol, n-Propanol Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
