Description: Human HDAC1 (GenBank Accession No. NM_004964), full length with C-terminal His-FLAG tag. Specific Activity: ~400pmol/min/ug Assay Conditions: 25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM sodium chloride,2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2, 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM BPS HDAC substrate, HDAC1 Incubation conditions: 30 minutes at 37C followed by treatment with 50ul of HDAC developer, Catalog H5109-66B for 15 minutes at RT Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
