Product Description

Human HDAC9 (GenBank Accession No. NM_178423), amino acids 604-1066 with C-terminal His tag, expressed in baculovirus expression system. Specific Activity: 0.5 U/ug. One U =1 pmol/min Assay Condition: 25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2 and 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM BPS HDAC substrate and 40ng/ul HDAC9. Incubation Condition: 30 min at 37C. Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
