Product Description

Human HDAC11 (full length) (GenBank Accession No. BC009676) with N-terminal GST tag, expressed in baculovirus expression system. Specific Activity: ~1 pmol/min/ug Assay Conditions: 25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2 and 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM BPS HDAC substrate and 40ng/ul HDAC11. Incubation Condition: 60 min at 37C. Applications: Suitable for the use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
