HD is a mid-life onset autosomal dominant neurodegeneative disease that is characterized by psychiatric disorders, dementia, and involuntary movements (chorea), leading to death in 10-20 years. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. Increased cytoplasmic staining, relative to nuclear, has been reported using formaldehyde as a fixative compared with acetone/methanol. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Positive Control Tissue: Brain Recommended Secondary Antibody: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab)2 (HRP) Pab Rb x Mo Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
