Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (Capture): 1:10,000-1:100,000. 1ug of Human IgA using S7973-97A Streptavidin (HRP) and A0030 ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
