Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Specificity: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Guinea Pig IgG, anti-Guinea Pig IgG F(ab)2 and anti-Guinea Pig Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Guinea Pig IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at -20C after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Purity:
Purified by ion exchange chromatography.
