Application: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA:1:50,000-1:200,000. Western Blot: 1:5000-1:20,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography, followed by solid phase adsorption to remove any unwanted reactivities.
