Applications: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000 ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000, Assayed against 1ug of rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA. ABTS (catalog A0030) was used as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
