Applications: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:2000-1:12,000. Use ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
