Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:600 to 1:2750. 1.0 ug of mouse IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
