Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Purity:
Purified from concentrated cell culture supernatant by immunoaffinity chromatography using Protein A. Extensive cross-adsorption was performed to remove any unwanted subclasses. Typically <1% crossreactivity against other mouse and human heavy or light chain isotypes was detected by ELISA.
Form:
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide. No stabilizing proteins added.
